Executive Order 20-82
On Tuesday, March 24, 2020, Governor DeSantis issued the attached Executive Order directing all persons who enter the State of Florida from “an area with substantial community spread”, specifically including New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut, to isolate or self- quarantine for a period of 14-days from the time of entry into the State of Florida and to inform individuals in Florida with whom they have had direct physical contact in the past 21 days that they traveled from such an area.  Therefore, it would be appropriate for community associations to send a written communication informing owners of the Executive Order including the Order’s recommendation that anyone who has traveled and is an owner or guest should self-quarantine in compliance with this Executive Order.   Additionally, to the extent that an association has not already closed common areas and facilities altogether, it would be appropriate to limit access to those areas for those individuals falling within the scope of this Executive Order.

Parking Enforcement at La Maison
The Naples City Council has put several beach access restrictions in place, including shortened weekend hours, limits on what you can bring to the beach and limiting parking to sticker holders only.  We believe this may lead to non-residents attempting to park in our lot.  We have posted new No Parking - Tow Away Zone signs at all entrances.  On the weekends we will be roping off the first south entrance and the 2 north entrances.  They will be well marked so please be attentive.

If you see a non-resident vehicle parked in our lot please do not call the towing company.  Contact Randy Packard, Graeme Blasdel or Frank Rabbito, they are the only people authorized to call the towing company.

Recycling

Recycling is a critical way to help sustainability but there are rules around how to and what can be recycled.  Please note the guidelines from Collier County when filling our Blue Barrels.  Collier County Recycling Guidelines

~ Welcome New Members ~
More than a destination at the end of the day, a community is a place you want to call home and where you feel at home. There is a difference between living in a community and being part of that community. Being part of a community means sharing with your neighbors a common desire to promote harmony and contentment.
